Hey... we surely like to show off a little thigh. It's just a tease thing. But when it comes to putting out.... hmmmmmmm, not likely babe. Well, maybe. Our friends over at Ragan Communications have kindly asked for a "teensy favor." If they were all this smoooooooth. Anyway, with a come-hither smile and a glint in my eye, I'll hike this Armani skirt an inch, maybe more for this. The answers to the questions are Yes, Learning How To Talk To Their Customers and Yes.

Hmmmm... no. I contend the answers are:
- CEOs are sorta, maybe, not in touch with this movement; - Companies are likely exposing themselves to huge negatives; - The bells and whistles have dramatically increased the illusion of communications.
